A couple of interior renders for some residential units in Ft. Worth, Texas. The first is a typical one bedroom unit, and the second is a typical two bedroom unit. These are intended to be for mid level income tenants so I couldn't show extremely high end furniture, appliances, or accessories, but still wanted them to look cool and modern. I think I achieved my goal.

Austin, Texas Apartment Tower Photomatch
Original Google Street View Image
Final Rendering
This one was a tricky one. Original photograph had too much road construction going on so I had to go the Google Maps Street Viewer and stich together a few views, replace and extend the sky to get the shot that I wanted. Model was built in Sketchup and rendered from 3D Max and brought into Photoshop for post.
